yummy summer drink

I thought I’d make good use of the strawberry bourbon I made last month, and create a Strawberry Mint Julep.

10 fresh Mint Leaves

1/4 tsp honey (to taste)

2 oz Strawberry Bourbon

1 oz soda water

In your glass, muddle the mint leaves and honey. Add ice, and pour in the bourbon. Mix in the soda water, and stir. Add a sprig of mint (and perhaps a strawberry), and enjoy!

  1. Looks great Becca. I love the punch of raspberry and green in the shot, two of my favorite colors.
